This Veteran's Day I wanted to remember to say Thank you to my Dad. I have always been so proud that he served his country, and I will be forever grateful to God that he came home safely.
He is the most wonderful father to me, husband to my mother, and Grandad to my kids.

Another reason I wanted to remember this Veteran's day is because my father's oldest friend and fellow Vietnam veteran recently passed away. He was an active member of his VA, and at his funeral the vets led the processional on their motorcycles.Remember to thank a veteran today for their service to our great country.
